Sixteen Days

I have sixteen days left this quarter. At this point I’m starting to freak out a little bit. I feel like I have so much to do and so little time. I just keep telling myself that no matter what, I will get through the next two weeks and then I will have six weeks off.

Here is my to-do list for the next sixteen days:

Endless amounts of reading (as usual).

A strategic public relations campaign for the Community of Sudanese and American Women/Men.

A 20-page research paper about how the media perpetuates Islamophobia.

Three essay finals, none of which I’ve been given the topics yet.

I keep trying to remind myself to breathe, stay calm, and be productive. In sixteen days, it'll all be over!

You can do it! Breathe, have lots of chocolate (and Diet Coke or other form of caffeine) on hand, and call me often. :)

I so do not miss that end of the semester crunch. Just remember to take one thing at a time. Somehow it works out every semester. This semester will be no different. Good luck! Glad it's you and not me. :)

Yikes. Good look. When I read your last item I thought it said, "Three easy finals" and I was super excited for you until I realized it said "Three essay finals". Big difference.

You don't do much for inspiring a desire within me to go back to school for a masters...maybe we should chat during your six weeks off. :) I hope everything goes great for you. Try and get some sleep.
